Join our dynamic Tax team as a Senior Executive, specializing in Income Tax Laws and Business Tax. Your role will involve providing expert assistance on tax advisory matters, including in-depth research into complex tax technical situations. You will prepare clear and concise tax opinions, short notes, and email responses for daily client inquiries.

Key responsibilities include managing tax compliances like return filings, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and income tax provisioning. You will also support tax assessment and litigation proceedings, drafting responses to audit notices and representing clients before tax authorities.

Furthermore, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage daily operational activities related to tax reporting, and support system development projects through user requirement documentation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

We are looking for candidates who are either a Graduate or a semi-qualified CA with 4 to 6 years of experience in Direct Taxation. Essential attributes for this role include being a strong team player with effective communication and presentation skills.

Successful candidates will demonstrate persistence and a persuasive approach in their interactions. A solid understanding of Income Tax Laws and their practical application in advisory and compliance scenarios is crucial.
