As a Senior Executive in our Global Business Tax Tech Team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with internal teams and clients, aiming to exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing Form 1040, the US individual tax return.

You will be involved in reviewing supporting documentation, requesting necessary information, identifying discrepancies, and accurately inputting data into Form 1040, alongside performing tax computations. A willingness to work in US shifts is essential for this role.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, such as a B.Com or BBM, demonstrating a basic understanding of US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040). While many candidates will have finance and tax specializations, we welcome B.Tech graduates who have pursued a career in tax and completed relevant US tax training.

Prior experience in preparing or reviewing Form 1040 is highly desirable, though fresh graduates with no prior experience are also encouraged to apply. Essential qualities include being a team player with effective communication and presentation skills, exhibiting persistence, and being persuasive. Credentialed candidates like Enrolled Agents or CPAs with US tax education may be placed in higher experience categories.
