As a Senior Executive, you will develop a deep understanding of the real estate industry, including commercial, residential, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Your responsibilities will include mastering valuation concepts, key financial drivers, and various valuation approaches (Cost, Direct Comparison, Income). You will conduct research and analysis for valuation drivers, benchmark rentals, and vacancies. This role involves performing property and portfolio valuations, assisting with audit support, developing financial models, and synthesizing market information for appraisals and competitive analysis. You will also compile industry data, support presentation preparation, and define client requirements to solve real estate challenges.

We seek candidates with a Civil Engineering background and preferably an MBA (Real Estate focus) or CA. MRICS certification is advantageous. A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required, along with a strong understanding of real estate financial modeling and valuation principles. Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Ideal candidates possess excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with ARGUS Enterprise and prior work with Big 4 or major real estate firms is a plus. Demonstrating a proactive mindset and a passion for client service is key.
