As a Senior Executive, you will build strong client relationships and support all facets of real estate engagements. Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of various property sectors, real estate valuation methodologies (Cost, Direct Comparison, Income approaches), and key valuation drivers. You will conduct research on market trends, perform property/portfolio valuations, assist with audit support, and develop financial models.

Additional duties involve synthesizing market information for appraisals and competitive analysis, preparing client presentations, defining client requirements, and solving commercial real estate challenges. You will also collaborate with international Deloitte teams, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and demonstrate strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Experience with commercial leases and lease abstractions will be beneficial.

We are seeking candidates with a Civil Engineering background, an MBA (preferably in Real Estate) or CA qualification, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. MRICS certification is a plus. Essential skills include a strong understanding of real estate financial modeling, excellent PowerPoint and advanced Excel proficiency, and robust interpersonal and communication abilities for effective client interaction.

Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills are crucial, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. A proactive and inquisitive mindset with a passion for client service is highly valued. Experience within a Big 4 firm or leading real estate companies like CBRE, JLL, Savills, or C&W is advantageous.
