You will support clients in managing their international workforces through expert advisory and compliance services. This role focuses on complex employment tax and global workforce issues, including mobility and immigration.

As a Senior Executive in our GES Tax Team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships while exceeding expectations. Key responsibilities include assisting with withholding tax and compliance for expatriates, preparing and filing tax returns for NRIs, VIPs, and expatriates (inbound and outbound).

You will also brief assignees on tax implications, facilitate income-tax clearance certificates, draft employee compensation structuring reports, and advise on tax planning. Additional duties involve preparing internal MIS reports, liaising with clients for compensation data, and handling engagement letters, invoices, tax returns, and Form-16.

We seek an experienced professional with 3-5 years in outbound immigration and a solid immigration background. A CA qualification is preferred, coupled with 2-5 years of experience in taxation, including at least 1-2 years specifically in expatriate taxation.

Essential skills include strong technical knowledge, analytical abilities, and clarity of concepts. Project management skills, leadership qualities, proficiency with technology, and effective communication are also crucial. Experience working with a 'Big 4' consulting firm is preferred. Familiarity with social security, immigration, and foreign exchange is advantageous.
