This role focuses on the critical aspects of billing and revenue management within the IT staffing business. Responsibilities include managing US and overseas payroll processes, accurately handling customer invoicing, and overseeing timesheet management. You will be expected to interact with various client portals and ensure timely and accurate financial operations. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results efficiently.

Ideal candidates will possess 5 to 8 years of direct experience in US and overseas payroll operations. A solid understanding of customer invoicing and timesheet management is essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel and good PowerPoint skills, is required. Familiarity with client portals such as Wand, Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, and Ariba is a key requirement. Strong presentation skills and a proven ability to learn quickly are also necessary. A results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency will ensure success in this dynamic role.
