This role is pivotal in managing the billing and revenue cycle, particularly for clients in the US and overseas markets. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate customer invoicing and maintaining efficient timesheet management processes.

Key duties involve navigating and utilizing various client portals to process billing and track payments. A strong understanding of payroll intricacies and their connection to revenue recognition is essential. The position also requires proactive engagement in identifying opportunities for process automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy within billing operations.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in US and overseas payroll is required, coupled with a solid grasp of customer invoicing and timesheet management.

Essential skills include advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, demonstrating a keen ability to analyze data and present findings effectively. You should be a quick learner with strong presentation skills and possess a results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.

Familiarity with diverse client portals such as Wand, Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, and Ariba is mandatory. Prior experience in the IT staffing business is also a must-have. While not strictly required, knowledge of ERP systems and QuickBooks would be a significant advantage.
