Join our team as a Senior Executive in Analytics and EAD Operations, based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on managing Financial Crime Risk Management (FRM) and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) initiatives, driving solution design, and ensuring successful implementation.

We are seeking a proactive individual to oversee various aspects of FRM implementation, from defining requirements to driving user acceptance testing and production readiness. You will play a crucial role in resolving complex data and functional challenges, leading analytics efforts, and fostering strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

This position offers an opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of implementation workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery and achieving positive stakeholder outcomes. You will contribute to proposals, solution architecture, and estimations, leveraging your expertise in advanced FCC, AML, Fraud Risk, and Transaction Monitoring.

- Oversee FRM implementation and enhancement projects. - Lead solution design discussions and define functional/technical requirements. - Manage scenario/rule configuration and comprehensive testing. - Drive UAT and ensure readiness for production deployment. - Resolve intricate data and functional issues effectively. - Lead FCC analytics and assessments of model/rule performance. - Manage relationships with diverse cross-functional stakeholders. - Support proposal development, solution architecture, and estimation processes.

Proficiency in Advanced SQL and Python is essential. Experience with FRM/FCC enterprise platforms, ETL/data platforms, and BI platforms is required. Familiarity with Cloud/data technologies is advantageous. A strong understanding of Advanced FCC, AML, Fraud Risk, Transaction Monitoring, Regulatory Compliance, and Financial Crime Risk Management is crucial. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of implementation workstreams and accountable for delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
