As a Senior Executive in Accounting & Reporting, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting processes. You will be expected to understand the nuances of the banking and finance industry, managing client communications effectively, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key duties involve utilizing MS Office extensively to analyze large volumes of data and present actionable insights. You will also be involved in preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports and other essential management documentation, ensuring all reporting aligns with industry standards and client requirements.

To be successful in this role, a graduation degree in B.Com or BBA is required, with an MBA being a strong preference. Candidates should possess good experience in Accounting & Reporting, preferably from Investment Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech companies.

Essential skills include proficiency in MS Office, excellent client communication, and robust stakeholder management abilities. A solid understanding of derivative instrument settlements and experience in preparing MIS or management reports are crucial. Familiarity with the banking and finance sector is highly desirable.
