Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) as a Senior Executive in the PBFA team, where you'll contribute to impactful financial analysis, reporting, and insights for the GDS Ops domain. This role is pivotal in preparing and delivering monthly MIS Reports, managing Budgets, Forecasts, and Month Close Activities, supporting both GDS Ops and Talent stakeholders. You'll ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of finance systems, crucial for tracking GDS Ops performance, conducting reviews, and making informed decisions. Key responsibilities include managing annual financial planning for headcount, costs, and expenses, performing variance analysis, and preparing bi-annual forecasts in collaboration with various finance teams. You will also assist in indirect cost decisions and report monthly financials, highlighting key performance indicators. Provide operational support and conduct cost improvement studies to enhance efficiency and optimize resource utilization. Develop and maintain models and reports using Excel and Access. Undertake special projects and assignments, providing management with timely analysis. Offer ad-hoc decision support for global initiatives and improvement projects. Drive process improvement and standardization by defining current processes and supporting the design of future state processes and roles, leveraging best practices and technology. Additional exposure to finance transformation projects and master data support for technical teams is beneficial.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a CA qualification with 2-4 years of relevant work experience. A strong understanding of Accounting, Finance, and MIS is essential, complemented by advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Demonstrated strong written and oral communication abilities are crucial for interacting with diverse stakeholders. Ideally, you will also have project management skills and exposure to tools like Power BI or Hyperion. Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric, multinational environment is highly desirable.
