Key responsibilities include preparing monthly MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts for the CS domain. You will assist in pricing decisions and deliver operational support for cost improvement studies to enhance efficiency. The role involves developing reports and models in Excel and Access, undertaking special projects for management, and providing ad-hoc analysis for global initiatives.

Additionally, you will be involved in defining 'As Is' processes and supporting the design of 'To Be' processes using best practices and enabling technologies. Experience with Finance transformation projects, master data support for cost centers and rates, and designing reporting requirements for operational reports and KPIs will be highly valued.

To excel in this role, you must possess a CA qualification with 2-4 years of relevant work experience. A strong understanding of Accounting, Finance, and MIS is essential, complemented by excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. You should demonstrate robust written and oral communication abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and a desire for continuous learning.

Comfort with project/process management skills, IT acumen, and proficiency in MS-Office are crucial. Experience with ERP systems like SAP and an eye for detail are advantageous.
