You will be instrumental in navigating both Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines, ensuring seamless client support through various stages of their transfer pricing journey.

Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive Transfer Pricing Planning and Documentation reports. You will provide critical assistance to clients during transfer pricing assessments and appeals, including penalty proceedings and representation before appellate authorities. This role also involves preparing submissions, appeals, and paper books, filing applications for Advance Pricing Agreements, and conducting in-depth benchmarking using public databases like PROWESS and CAPITALINE. You will also finalize Form 3CEB requirements and support APA filings and assessment-related tasks.

We are seeking a Graduate with 2-4 years of dedicated experience in Transfer Pricing. A strong technical understanding of transfer pricing principles is essential. Candidates should possess robust knowledge of Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines, along with proven experience in conducting benchmarking studies and preparing various transfer pricing documentation and compliance reports. Familiarity with dispute resolution mechanisms and appellate procedures is also highly valued.
