Join our Transfer Pricing team as a Senior Executive in Kolkata. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to complex tax advisory, compliance, Advance Pricing Agreement (APA), and controversy management projects for a leading professional services firm. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

This position is part of our esteemed Tax Practice, known for its innovation and leadership in solving client challenges. You will gain extensive experience in various facets of transfer pricing, working with both Indian regulations and OECD guidelines.

Key responsibilities include preparing Transfer Pricing planning and documentation reports adhering to Indian regulations and OECD Guidelines. You will assist clients with transfer pricing assessments, appeals, stay of demand proceedings, and penalty proceedings, representing them before appellate authorities.

Further duties involve preparing submissions and appeals for various authorities like the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). You will also assist in filing applications with APA authorities, conducting benchmarking studies using PROWESS and CAPITALINE databases, and preparing comprehensive Transfer Pricing studies including industry overviews and Functional, Asset, and Risk (FAR) analysis.

The role also encompasses finalizing Form 3CEB requirements, assisting with APA filings, and supporting assessment-related work before the Transfer Pricing Officer.

We are seeking a Graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing. A strong technical understanding of Transfer Pricing principles and regulations is essential.
