This position is crucial for enhancing our Workday Supply Chain Management capabilities, specifically within Procurement and Inventory modules. You will be instrumental in supporting end-to-end procure-to-pay and inventory lifecycles, ensuring seamless operations from requisitions to inventory adjustments. Your expertise will also be vital in maintaining foundational supply chain data and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
Configure and support Workday Supply Chain Management modules, focusing on Procurement and Inventory.
Manage the complete procure-to-pay and inventory processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, returns, stock requests, and inventory adjustments.
Maintain critical supply chain data such as suppliers, items, catalogs, and inventory sites.
Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, document processes, and develop Workday solutions.
Design and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and reconciliation controls for procurement and inventory data.
Support and monitor integrations with various internal and external systems.
Perform comprehensive testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Manage change-control activities and assist with Workday releases and maintenance.
Requires a graduate degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7 years in Workday, including 5+ years supporting Workday Procurement, Inventory, or related Financial Management capabilities.
Proficiency in configuring Workday business processes, condition rules, security, and notifications is essential.
Demonstrated experience with Workday reporting, business objects, calculated fields, and data validation is necessary.
Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues, integration failures, and security concerns.
Solid understanding of procure-to-pay and inventory management processes is required.
Familiarity with Workday tenant management, change control, and release management practices.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are expected. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams is key.
