As a Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer within our dynamic Employee Digital Experience team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of the flexible workplace. You'll enable, connect, and empower colleagues globally, ensuring a seamless and modern digital experience.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Manager on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: - Participating in the planning and execution of regional strategic refresh projects, working with stakeholders to modernize audio-visual experiences. - Serving as the product owner for key audio-visual technologies, such as video conferencing and digital signage. - Leading issue resolution and problem management for various AV systems, including collaboration with network operations and external vendors for break/fix. - Managing audio-visual products within the region, contributing to ITSM processes, and providing operational metrics. - Contributing feedback to global standards and processes, coordinating daily operational support activities, and providing advanced technical support. - Ensuring disaster recovery processes are in place and the networking environment operates efficiently. - Acting as an escalation point for ITSM-related practices and supporting the implementation of standards and procedures.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional with a strong customer service focus.
Essential qualifications and experience include: - Demonstrated success in customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in installing, configuring, and managing AV technologies in a global enterprise environment. - Proven ability to lead the technical planning and execution of corporate and executive events, utilizing production equipment. - Proficiency in technical infrastructure, including audio visual, network, and security. - Knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom, and Webex. - Experience in providing technical support and maintenance for operations environments, with an emphasis on networking technologies. - Ability to recommend network enhancements and implement basic changes. - Support for customer interactions and infrastructure-related services, including incident, problem, change, and capacity management. - Potential to provide guidance to less experienced team members.
