We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer (L2 Cloud Operations Engineer) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for operating, scaling, and continuously enhancing our enterprise-grade multi-cloud platforms. You'll leverage your expertise in cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, automation, CI/CD, observability, security, and AIOps to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our complex incident resolution and platform operations.

This position involves working in a 24x7 global operations model, with shift-based work patterns.

As a Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining production cloud platform stability, availability, and performance with a strong SRE focus. Your responsibilities include leading complex incident triage, deep troubleshooting, and resolution across cloud and container platforms, while implementing SRE best practices like SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. You will also drive root cause analysis to engineer solutions that eliminate recurring failures.

Furthermore, you will provide advanced troubleshooting for CI/CD pipelines, diagnose and resolve pipeline failures, and enable self-service capabilities for improved deployment velocity and quality. Your role extends to operating and supporting large-scale AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud platforms, along with advanced Kubernetes operations including cluster management, scaling, networking, and storage.

You will also operate and enhance enterprise observability platforms, implement AIOps for alert correlation and anomaly detection, and build automated remediation workflows. Security operations, including cloud security incident triage and DevSecOps automation, are also key. Building and maintaining infrastructure as code with Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or Bicep, and developing automation scripts using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go will be essential. Finally, you will serve as a technical escalation point, lead incident and problem management, and maintain high-quality operational documentation.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess at least two of the following active certifications: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional / SysOps Administrator – Associate, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.

Required technical skills include deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, ALB/NLB, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda) and Azure (AKS, VNET, IAM (Entra), Load Balancer, App Services, Monitor), along with multi-cloud architecture and operations. Proficiency in Kubernetes operations (EKS, AKS, OpenShift), Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, Flux, and Docker is essential.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps is required, alongside IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, and GitOps workflows. Familiarity with observability platforms like Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK, and AIOps concepts is also necessary.

Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go are mandatory, as are SRE and operational excellence skills including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and capacity planning. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role, along with a high degree of ownership and accountability within a 24x7 global operations environment.
