Advance your career as a Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer focused on L2 Cloud Operations. This role is instrumental in managing, scaling, and enhancing enterprise-grade multi-cloud platforms.

We are seeking an expert in cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, and automation to ensure the smooth operation of complex incident resolution, platform reliability, and DevOps enablement. You'll play a key role in Kubernetes operations, automation initiatives, and driving operational excellence across AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments. This position requires a strong commitment to security and adherence to corporate security responsibilities.

Drive platform stability, availability, and performance in production cloud environments with a focus on SRE best practices. Lead intricate incident triage and deep troubleshooting across cloud and container platforms, including root cause analysis to engineer lasting solutions. Support and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, enabling self-service and progressive delivery. Operate and manage large-scale AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud platforms, including advanced Kubernetes operations and cloud networking.

Enhance observability platforms and implement AIOps for alert correlation and predictive analytics. Manage cloud security incidents and implement DevSecOps automation for vulnerability scanning and compliance. Develop infrastructure as code and automation scripts, and serve as a technical escalation point for L1 teams, leading incident and change management processes.

Demonstrated expertise in L2 Cloud Operations and a strong understanding of SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. Proven experience in troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and supporting multi-cloud environments, with advanced Kubernetes operations skills. Proficiency in cloud networking, compute, storage, IAM, and security services is essential.

Experience with observability platforms, AIOps, and automated remediation workflows is required. Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go are necessary, alongside experience with infrastructure as code tools. Candidates must hold at least two mandatory certifications from the list provided, including CKA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure DevOps Engineer. A robust problem-solving mindset, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and high ownership are critical.
