Manage intricate enrollment, eligibility, and member data processes with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Handle inquiries from customers, brokers, clients, and internal teams via email and voice channels.

Independently resolve moderately complex issues, provide support for escalations, and guide team members.

Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Perform data verification, quality checks, and audits to maintain data integrity.

Respond professionally to member and client concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of cases.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Eligibility, Enrollment, EDM, Customer Service, or Healthcare Operations is essential.

Possess a strong understanding of US Healthcare systems, eligibility, enrollment, and benefits administration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with email and voice support are required.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a customer-centric mindset and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
