Provide robust technical leadership and clear direction to your engineering team. Define and manage the roadmap, setting strategic initiatives in close collaboration with cross-functional partners, and oversee full-stack development to bring these initiatives to life.
Mentor and nurture your engineering team, cultivating an environment of rapid prototyping, experimentation, rigorous engineering practices, and focused execution while developing and maintaining new features from inception to completion.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess at least 8 years of experience in software development, proficient in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Accumulate a minimum of 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership capacity.
Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in a dedicated technical leadership role.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience of 5 years within a complex, matrixed organizational structure is beneficial.
Familiarity with systems engineering practices, including incident response, monitoring, service-level objectives (SLOs), and change management, is advantageous.
Prior experience in e-commerce software development is a plus.
