A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential. Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of software development experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in people management or team leadership, alongside 5 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity, is required.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
