This pivotal role focuses on enhancing our Payroll platform, specifically managing the critical input and output flows that ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for millions of employees globally.
You will lead a high-performing team of Senior and Staff engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and impactful contributions. Your responsibilities include driving technical architecture and code reviews, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and promoting engineering best practices. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers to align engineering and product strategies, contributing to the organization's growth by attracting and developing top talent. Additionally, you will focus on improving team efficiency and operational processes, ultimately owning the success of key product lines.
We are seeking a leader with an exceptional customer-centric and growth mindset, driven by a passion for impact. You should possess strong skills in coding, system design, and architecture, serving as a technical leader for the team.
Demonstrated experience in customer-focused product leadership with a platform-centric approach is essential. A robust background in data infrastructure, data engineering, and building scalable data pipelines is required. You must have a proven ability to design and manage interoperable systems at scale, with experience overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including platform architecture, user experience, and operational support.
Effective collaboration with global, cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver seamless payroll integrations is crucial. A minimum of 12 years of professional software development experience is required for this role.
