Join our dynamic Salesforce Engineering team as a Senior Engineering Manager. This role is pivotal in overseeing complex software development and support initiatives within our Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate extensively with business stakeholders and partner IT teams to grasp business data, translate requirements into actionable plans, and manage integrations, thereby ensuring stable operations and driving the implementation of new capabilities.

This leadership position is accountable for comprehensive end-to-end engineering governance and managing multi-track deliveries for a significant customer account. The focus will be on ensuring reliable delivery, fostering stakeholder alignment, maintaining production stability, optimizing team performance, and contributing to business growth within a sophisticated multi-vendor, service-oriented environment.

Provide strategic engineering leadership for Salesforce development and support. Manage end-to-end engineering governance and multi-track delivery across a key customer account. Ensure predictable project delivery, robust production stability, and high team performance. Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to define requirements and manage integrations. Drive the implementation of new Salesforce capabilities and enhancements. Oversee operations in a multi-vendor, service-based environment.

Proven experience in managing complex software development and support projects, particularly within Salesforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APEX, LWC, and Data Cloud. Demonstrated ability in Delivery Management and Stakeholder & Team Management. Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and collaborate with diverse teams.
