Drive the entire development lifecycle, from product definition and scoping to deploying critical, high-performance systems. You will be instrumental in building robust, bi-directional integrations connecting Rippling's platform with major ERP systems. Focus on enhancing real-time accounting capabilities, automating complex financial workflows, and supporting global expansion. Take ownership of technical architecture and product outcomes for a core product pillar.

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager with significant technical depth and a proven track record of execution. You should be comfortable diving deep into complex systems, debugging production issues, and reviewing architecture. Experience in operational transformation, moving demanding systems towards stability and autonomy, is crucial. A background in building scalable platform systems end-to-end, along with strong stakeholder collaboration skills across diverse teams, is essential. Demonstrate clear execution with experience setting roadmaps and shipping in high-ambiguity environments. Prior experience managing managers and a minimum of 12-15 years of total experience (including IC roles) is required. Domain affinity in accounting, payroll, fintech, or high-correctness financial systems is highly preferred.
