Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering teams responsible for the development of foundational Employment Products and Global Expansion initiatives. Drive product strategy, technical architecture, and execution for high-impact projects. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery. Foster a culture of technical excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement within the engineering team. Set clear roadmaps, define milestones, and ensure timely achievement of project outcomes.

Qualifications

A strong product-building mindset with extensive experience in end-to-end scalable product development. Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity and 7-8 years as an individual contributor. Demonstrated success in working effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for managing distributed teams. A solid understanding of technology, with the ability to provide effective technical guidance and reviews. Total experience of 8–15 years, encompassing both individual contributor and managerial roles. This role requires a commitment to working in the office at least three days a week, contributing to Rippling's collaborative culture.
