Join our team as a Senior Salesforce Engineer, focusing on sophisticated campaign development and automation. This role is pivotal in creating and executing integrated marketing automation solutions. You will architect complex customer journeys using Journey Builder and develop automated workflows with Automation Studio, including trigger configuration, email content design, and personalized experiences.

We are looking for an expert in data management and analytics to ensure data integrity through the creation, management, and optimization of Data Extensions, audience segments, and data flows. Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extension population and supporting data analysis for campaign improvement is essential. Furthermore, you will leverage your expertise in API integrations and customizations to build seamless connections between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external systems like Salesforce CRM, databases, and other marketing tools using REST and SOAP APIs, thereby streamlining data exchange and automating workflows.

This position also involves designing, developing, and deploying responsive, dynamic, and personalized email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript. Emphasis will be placed on visual appeal and accurate cross-device rendering. You will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, providing performance insights, conducting IP warming and SAP processes, and offering optimization recommendations. Troubleshooting technical errors, performing A/B testing, and implementing best practices to enhance marketing automation performance are key aspects of this role. Familiarity with Salesforce Admin tasks is also required. Continuous learning about the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, releases, and digital marketing trends is expected.

Extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in campaign development and automation. Proven ability to design and implement complex customer journeys using Journey Builder. Proficiency in developing automated workflows with Automation Studio. Strong data management skills, including experience with Data Extensions and audience segmentation. Expertise in writing SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis. Experience in building API integrations (REST/SOAP) between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external systems. Skilled in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email and landing page creation. Demonstrated experience in monitoring campaign performance and implementing optimization strategies. Familiarity with IP warming and SAP processes. Good understanding of Salesforce Admin related tasks. Ability to stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and digital marketing best practices. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role, with a maximum of 30 years of experience considered.
