This role demands a strong command of automation testing, utilizing tools such as Selenium and Playwright for efficient web application testing. A solid foundation in Java, including JUnit for unit testing, is essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies will enable seamless collaboration within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Design, implement, and integrate REST APIs with a strong focus on the Finance domain. Develop and maintain robust, scalable APIs using frameworks like Spring. Execute automation testing for web applications using Selenium and Playwright. Perform unit testing for Java applications with JUnit. Collaborate effectively within Agile teams to deliver software. Create and execute functional and integration testing scenarios. Utilize continuous integration tools like Jenkins and Bamboo for streamlined testing. Handle API communication and response validation using JSON and XML. Conduct API testing with Postman and performance testing with JMeter (preferred).

A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with a strong background in REST API development and the Finance domain. Advanced proficiency with frameworks like Spring is required. Expertise in automation testing using Selenium and Playwright is crucial. Solid knowledge of Java and JUnit for unit testing is a must. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in creating/executing functional and integration testing scenarios. Hands-on experience with CI tools like Jenkins or Bamboo. Understanding of JSON and XML data formats, and proficiency with Postman for API testing is highly regarded. Basic knowledge of DevOps principles and cloud computing concepts is beneficial. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is mandatory. Certifications such as CSTE or ISTQB Advanced Level are a plus.
