Join our Product and Platform Engineering team as a Senior Engineer. This role focuses on developing and enhancing our core product offerings by leveraging SmartCOMM and SmartIQ technologies. You will be instrumental in building robust and scalable solutions that drive our business forward.

Develop and configure SmartCOMM templates, data models, business rules, and document-generation workflows. Build and maintain SmartIQ forms, creating intuitive guided experiences for customers and business users. Integrate SmartCOMM and SmartIQ with critical systems including policy administration, underwriting, rating, workflow, and content management. Develop essential components such as APIs, web services, data mappings, and both real-time and batch integration solutions. Support the migration of document templates and rules from legacy platforms. Conduct unit testing, resolve defects, optimize performance, and assist with deployment processes. Collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and insurance subject-matter experts. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and adhere to coding, security, and release management standards.

Demonstrate hands-on development expertise with SmartCOMM and SmartIQ platforms. Possess strong experience in integrating APIs and web services. Exhibit a solid understanding of XML, JSON, data mapping principles, and enterprise integration patterns. Familiarity with insurance industry concepts and related systems is a plus.
