This role is integral to our global development efforts spanning India, UK, and USA, focusing on delivering robust SaaS and API solutions.

Our Mobility systems empower businesses with flexible credit issuance and spend control configurations for fleet operations. You will play a key part in enhancing these systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of large customers and partners.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing high-performance, object-oriented backend services and public REST APIs using Java. Your role involves crafting system designs, leading technical decisions, and ensuring code quality through comprehensive automated testing.

You'll analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement in scalability and stability, and implement automation for CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers is crucial for feature implementation. You will also mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and dive deep into troubleshooting complex issues to ensure system reliability and performance. This position requires proactive participation in live-site support and driving cross-team projects.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience, is required. You should possess a strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and problem-solving.

Expertise in designing internet-scale services emphasizing scalability, availability, security, and reliability is essential. Proficiency in backend development, specifically with Java or C#, and frameworks like Spring Boot, along with experience building and optimizing RESTful APIs and SQL, is a must.
