This role is for a Senior Engineer focusing on Product and Platform Engineering, requiring a strong foundation in software engineering with 4 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include the design, coding, testing, and instrumentation of new software solutions. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Key to this role is strengthening our engineering practices through TDD, BDD, Microservice, and Vertical Slice Architectures. You will analyze existing systems to identify and implement improvements, collaborate closely with Leads on plans and results, and provide expert advice on complex technical challenges. Ultimately, you will own and be accountable for successful delivery of projects.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Essential qualifications include strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to staying current with technological advancements.

Technical proficiencies must include .NET Core, SQL/PLSQL, Microservices, and React. Experience with Azure pipelines and a deep understanding of problem-solving methodologies are also critical for success in this role.
