You'll also be instrumental in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code with tools like Terraform, and championing engineering best practices such as TDD/BDD and Microservice architectures.

Furthermore, you will support live applications with a focus on proactive monitoring and rapid incident response. Analyzing existing systems for improvements, mentoring team members, and leading technical initiatives are key aspects. You'll hold your team accountable for results using OKRs and interact with senior management to discuss strategic plans and complex matters.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience. Essential technical proficiencies include advanced C# and .NET Core, Microservices architecture, Azure pipelines, modern RDBMS (MS SQL, Postgres), NoSQL databases, ASP.NET RESTful API design, Kafka/event-driven design, and Terraform. Experience with modern web UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor is also crucial.

Additional desirable skills include Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and GraphQL, with an expectation to learn these quickly. Strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and collaboration skills are paramount. A passion for staying current with modern technologies and design principles is highly valued. Minimum of 6 years of professional application development experience is required, with a strong background in cloud-based solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure, and familiarity with DevOps practices.
