A Senior Engineer role focused on Product and Platform Engineering within the Automotive domain. This position requires extensive expertise in software development and cloud architecture, with a strong emphasis on building scalable and maintainable applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various technologies, from front-end frameworks to backend development and cloud deployment, driving innovation and efficiency in our product offerings.

Design and implement robust REST APIs for seamless service communication. Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and Angular. Build scalable and maintainable backend applications with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework. Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on GCP and AWS.

Manage data effectively using SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server. Produce high-quality, maintainable code by adhering to clean coding practices. Facilitate CI/CD processes and infrastructure as code using Tekton and Terraform. Manage scalable applications efficiently through containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes or OpenShift.

Requires 6-10 years of experience in software development and cloud architecture, with a background in the Automotive domain. Essential skills include Teradata for data warehousing, REST API design, and implementation. Proficiency in front-end technologies like React.js and Angular, along with backend frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Framework is necessary.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS is pivotal. Strong command over Java and JavaScript, as well as HTML and CSS, is required. Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) is important. Experience with clean coding practices, Tekton, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Git, and GitHub is essential. Knowledge of big data technologies is a plus.

Education in Computer Science and Engineering or Software Engineering is preferred. Certifications like Google Professional Cloud Architect and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate are also advantageous.
