We are seeking a proactive and experienced engineer who is passionate about modern technologies and eager to contribute to a dynamic engineering culture. You will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and maintaining high-quality software and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deeply understand customer challenges and business requirements, guiding data-driven decision-making.

Design, develop, test, and instrument cutting-edge solutions, while also nurturing our CI/CD pipelines with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and champion engineering best practices including TDD, BDD, Microservices, and Vertical Slice Architectures.

Provide critical support for live applications, championing proactive monitoring, swift incident response, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Analyze existing systems to pinpoint bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement, and mentor peers to cultivate a learning environment.

Lead technical initiatives, leveraging your extensive experience to define problem-solving approaches and drive team accountability with OKRs.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is essential. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years of professional application development experience, coupled with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Microservices, and modern RDBMS (MS SQL, Postgres) or NoSQL databases is required. Experience with ASP.NET RESTful API design, Kafka, Terraform, and modern web UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor is also a must.

Familiarity with Azure Pipeline, GitHub Actions, or GraphQL is highly desirable, and a passion for staying current with modern technologies and design principles is key to success in this role.
