A Senior Engineer in Data Engineering is sought to design, construct, and uphold robust data solutions. This role is pivotal in managing data infrastructure and pipelines for efficient collection, storage, processing, and analysis of extensive datasets.

The individual will ensure data solutions are both accurate and highly performant, identifying opportunities for continuous enhancement. Collaboration with business and technology teams is key to understanding and meeting current and future data needs.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define data requirements.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data infrastructure, encompassing collection, storage, transformation, and analysis stages.

This position involves planning and developing data pipelines, models, and applications for efficient data workflows.

You will also implement and manage data platforms such as data warehouses, data lakes, and data lakehouses.

Additionally, design and develop analytical tools and algorithms, and automate tasks through scripting to support data engineering activities.

A minimum of 7 years of dedicated Data Engineering work experience is required for this Senior Engineer position.

Proficiency in BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is essential for this role.

Familiarity with core Data Engineering principles and practices is a must.

A Bachelor's Degree is the minimum educational qualification for this position.
