We are seeking a seasoned Trade Finance Delivery & Agentic AI Transformation Lead to spearhead strategic engagements and drive AI-powered transformation within Trade Finance operations.

This pivotal role involves overseeing end-to-end Trade Finance processes, including LCs, SBLCs, Guarantees, Collections, and Supply Chain Finance. You will be instrumental in driving service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), quality, productivity, financial outcomes, and risk management. Client governance, executive reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance are also key facets of this position.

You will define and execute the Agentic AI roadmap for Trade Finance operations, leading crucial AI use cases such as document classification, data extraction, and compliance screening. Establishing robust AI governance, human-in-the-loop controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks is paramount.

Furthermore, you will drive process re-engineering, standardization, operating model transformation, and automation initiatives. Support for platform implementation, migration, testing, and hypercare activities will be integral. Building strong client relationships and leading transformation, innovation, and growth programs are essential. You will develop and lead large global delivery teams while cultivating Trade Finance and AI expertise within the organization.

We require 18+ years of experience in Banking & Financial Services with deep expertise in Trade Finance, including knowledge of products, compliance, OFAC screening, and SWIFT messaging. Prior experience managing global Trade Finance operations and transformation programs is essential.

A strong background in process improvement, service governance, and operating model change is necessary. Experience with AI, GenAI, Intelligent Automation, and Agentic AI initiatives is highly valued, as is exposure to Trade Finance platforms and workflow automation tools. A graduate degree in Finance, Business, Banking, Technology, or a related field is required. Preferred certifications include MBA, CDCS, CITF, Lean Six Sigma, and AI/Cloud.
