Lead comprehensive Trade Finance operations, including LCs, SBLCs, Guarantees, Collections, and Supply Chain Finance. Drive service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality outcomes.

Manage client governance, executive reviews, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance. Define and execute the Agentic AI roadmap for Trade Finance, leading use cases like document classification, data extraction, and discrepancy detection.

Establish robust AI governance and human-in-the-loop controls. Spearhead process re-engineering, standardization, and operating model transformation. Support platform implementations and build trusted client relationships while leading global delivery teams.

A minimum of 18 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services with deep Trade Finance expertise is essential.

Proficiency in Trade Finance products, compliance, OFAC screening, and SWIFT messaging is required. Experience managing global Trade Finance operations and transformation programs is a must.

Demonstrated background in process improvement, service governance, and operating model change. Prior experience with AI, GenAI, Intelligent Automation, and Agentic AI initiatives is crucial. Familiarity with Trade Finance platforms and workflow automation tools is advantageous.

A graduate degree in Finance, Business, Banking, Technology, or a related field is necessary. MBA, CDCS, CITF, Lean Six Sigma, and AI/Cloud certifications are preferred.
