Oversee end-to-end Trade Finance operations, including LCs, SBLCs, Guarantees, Collections, Supply Chain Finance, and compliance. Drive key performance indicators for quality, productivity, financial outcomes, and risk management.

Manage client governance, executive reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance. Develop and execute the Agentic AI roadmap for Trade Finance, leading AI use cases for document classification, data extraction, screening, and workflow automation.

Establish robust AI governance and human-in-the-loop controls. Spearhead process re-engineering, standardization, operating model transformation, and automation initiatives. Support platform implementation and migration activities, fostering trusted client relationships and driving innovation.

A minimum of 17 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services with deep Trade Finance expertise is essential. Possess a strong understanding of Trade Finance products, compliance, OFAC screening, and SWIFT messaging.

Demonstrated experience in managing global Trade Finance operations and transformation programs is required. Background in process improvement, service governance, and operating model change is crucial.

Familiarity with AI, GenAI, Intelligent Automation, and Agentic AI initiatives, alongside exposure to Trade Finance platforms and automation tools, is expected. A graduate degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or Technology is necessary. An MBA, CDCS, CITF, Lean Six Sigma, or AI/Cloud certifications are preferred.
