Lead comprehensive, multi-workstream cloud engagements from initiation to completion, developing detailed project plans, setting quality benchmarks, and aligning resources from AWS, clients, and partners. Cultivate robust strategic relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, resolving impediments, and ensuring programs remain on schedule.

Facilitate critical sessions including release planning, workshops, and discovery using various delivery and cloud frameworks like Agile, Waterfall, and the Well-Architected Framework to translate client strategies into actionable roadmaps. Drive complex technical and business discussions, mediate differing viewpoints, and guide clients in defining and expanding their cloud adoption strategies, identifying opportunities for scope and financial optimization.

Demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements. Possess a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field. Exhibit a strong understanding of the value proposition of public cloud services and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams (e.g., Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale is essential.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years in a professional services role delivering customer engagements, holding an active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2), and possessing an AWS certification.
