A Bachelor's Degree is required, coupled with a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project or program management.

Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects is essential.

Proficiency in full lifecycle technical program management methodologies, including planning and managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, people, risk, and communications, is expected.

Experience in organizational change management and business process improvement is required.

Possess a strong combination of technical expertise and program management skills.

Exhibit exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive subject matter expertise in key areas such as mechanical, electrical, networking, construction, or building automation systems.

8+ years of program management experience in data center construction, leasing, or network engineering, coupled with self-motivation and comfort working at a senior executive level within a matrixed organization.

6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Possession of a professional PM certification such as PMP, ESi, PMI, or Prince 2.

Clear, demonstrable leadership skills and experience working effectively with large, diverse teams.

Understanding of business and financial objectives, with the ability to plan accordingly.

Exceptional executive-level communication and engagement skills.

Adaptability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced work environment.

A proven track record of coaching teams and mentoring individuals in planning, organizing, and coordinating their work.
