NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Senior Dynatrace Administrator to join our team in Noida, India. This role involves leading the end-to-end administration, optimization, and technical direction of the Dynatrace observability platform.

Take ownership of the Dynatrace platform's administration and operational health, including OneAgent deployment and environment configuration.

Design and maintain comprehensive monitoring for APM, infrastructure, cloud services, containers, and digital experiences.

Configure and refine alerting policies, problem detection rules, dashboards, and custom metrics to enhance visibility.

Lead platform upgrades and maintenance activities, adhering to change management processes.

Serve as an L3 escalation point for intricate performance, availability, and observability challenges.

Conduct in-depth analysis and root cause investigations utilizing Dynatrace's AI and analytics capabilities.

Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.

Collaborate with various teams, including application, network, cloud, SRE, and platform, to onboard and optimize monitoring for new services.

Champion observability best practices, standardization, and automation enhancements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior administrators and team members.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), dashboards, reports, and operational documentation.

Support service reviews, audits, and leadership reporting concerning platform health and performance.

A minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in enterprise monitoring, APM, or observability roles is essential.

Demonstrate strong, hands-on experience administering Dynatrace, whether SaaS or Managed.

Possess a deep understanding of APM concepts, distributed tracing, metrics, logs, and events.

Showcase experience monitoring Java/.NET applications, infrastructure, cloud, and container platforms.

Exhibit the ability to troubleshoot complex full-stack performance and availability issues effectively.

Have substantial experience working within enterprise production environments.

Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change management, is required.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role.
