We are seeking an experienced technology executive with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and over 15 years of technology and software engineering experience, including 8-10 years in leadership roles. A proven track record in managing enterprise-scale AI platforms, MLOps, AI governance, model deployment, and production operations is essential. Experience in developing senior leaders, driving organizational transformation, managing talent strategies, and building high-performing engineering cultures is required. A strong understanding of AI, ML, LLMs, Generative AI, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices is critical. The role demands exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex strategies and business value to executive leadership. Experience with Azure AI services, distributed systems, and platform engineering is preferred.
