Join NVIDIA's e-commerce team as a Senior DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer. You will be instrumental in architecting our scalable, resilient, and automated e-commerce platform. This role emphasizes a philosophy of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with a strong focus on Terraform expertise. You will serve as a crucial link between development and operations, enhancing the reliability, availability, and performance of our global e-commerce presence.

Develop and refine automated Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for seamless, zero-downtime deployments. Design and construct enterprise-scale infrastructure using Terraform, creating modular and reusable AWS resource patterns. Optimize and manage sophisticated AWS environments, prioritizing cost-efficiency and security. Elevate monitoring from reactive to proactive using AI-powered observability tools like Datadog Watchdog for automated RCA and anomaly detection. Define and track SLOs and SLAs, leading incident response and conducting post-mortems to bolster system resilience.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is necessary. Demonstrable expertise in developing CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines with Jenkins is essential. Extensive experience architecting AWS Cloud environments and managing services such as API Gateway, Lambda, EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, and SQS is crucial. Expert-level knowledge of Terraform, including state management and complex modules, is a must. Advanced experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker, including orchestration and Helm, is required. Proficiency in a scripting language like Python for automation and tooling is needed, alongside strong communication skills.
