This senior-level position focuses on the strategic design, implementation, and management of resilient cloud-native platforms across major public cloud providers. You will be instrumental in driving cloud modernization, migration, and optimization efforts while establishing robust governance and architecture standards. Essential to this role is the management of critical cloud services, including networking, identity, storage, compute, and security, ensuring secure and scalable infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, and CloudFormation for automated provisioning and configuration. You will design and manage enterprise CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD, enhancing deployment automation and reliability. Building and operating container platforms with Docker and Kubernetes, including managed services like AKS, EKS, and GKE, is a core function. You will also drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, defining SLIs/SLOs, managing incident response, and improving platform reliability. Implementing comprehensive observability solutions, embedding security practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle, and developing automation scripts in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go are also critical aspects of this role.
We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Platform Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is essential. Demonstrated experience managing Kubernetes-based platforms, implementing monitoring and observability solutions, and supporting mission-critical production environments is necessary. A deep understanding of networking, security, identity management, and cloud architecture, along with proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go), and proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and CI/CD implementation are fundamental requirements.
