As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and enhancing the infrastructure and automation that power our software delivery.

This role is crucial for improving build and deployment reliability and involves close collaboration with SRE and development teams worldwide. You'll provide essential DevOps support during India business hours, ensuring seamless handoffs to our US-based teams.

Contribute actively to the DevOps team's scrums, planning, and project delivery.

Develop, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, build/release automation, and deployment workflows.

Act as the primary DevOps point of contact during India business hours, resolving critical pipeline and workflow issues.

Collaborate effectively with global SRE and development teams, ensuring smooth communication and handoffs.

Automate manual processes to enhance the speed, reliability, and visibility of build and deployment systems.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.

Contribute to tooling, infrastructure as code, and configuration management for our DevOps platforms.

Manage and maintain data center infrastructure, including Mellanox switches, using tools like NetBox and Foreman.

Enhance codebase and platform security through hardening and secure credential management.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.

We are looking for a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, build and release engineering, or a similar capacity.

Proven expertise with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitLab CI is essential.

Significant experience with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) is necessary.

Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash, along with experience in Git-based source control workflows, is a must.

Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Ansible and Terraform, and orchestration platforms such as StackStorm or Argo CD, is expected.

Strong Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting skills are critical, as is a solid understanding of production release cycles and software quality practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for working with distributed global teams.
