Join NVIDIA as a Senior Developer Relations Manager focusing on the Financial Services Industry (FSI) in India. This role is key to driving the adoption of NVIDIA's full-stack accelerated computing platforms, including generative AI, deep learning, and cloud-native AI solutions. You will engage directly with India's AI labs, guiding researchers, ML infrastructure teams, and startup CTOs through model development, training, optimization, and deployment for production inference.

We seek a seasoned technical DevRel leader capable of building trust with ML researchers and platform engineers. Your responsibilities will involve deep technical engagement, including code review, example development, demo creation, benchmark execution, architectural discussions, workload profiling, and translating developer feedback into actionable product insights.

Develop and implement a technical Developer Relations strategy to expand NVIDIA platform adoption within India's AI Labs. Cultivate strong relationships with founders, CTOs, ML researchers, infrastructure teams, and the broader developer community. Identify and accelerate key AI workloads such as foundation model training, fine-tuning, speech AI, RAG, multimodal AI, and inference optimization. Assess GPU acceleration suitability by profiling bottlenecks and differentiating compute-bound issues from others. Create and adapt technical demos, sample code, notebooks, benchmark plans, and performance guides. Conduct in-depth technical workshops, code labs, architecture reviews, and executive briefings. Collaborate directly with developers to resolve integration issues, optimize performance, and recommend appropriate NVIDIA software. Articulate performance differences in similar workloads due to various architectural and environmental factors. Gather and deliver critical developer feedback, technical blockers, competitive intelligence, and product requirements to NVIDIA teams.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, fintech, banking technology, data science, solution architecture, or developer ecosystems. Demonstrated strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, real-time inference, data engineering, MLOps, and cloud-native systems. Familiarity with regulated environments, high-availability systems, privacy, security, compliance, and production observability is essential. Proficiency in profiling AI workloads across compute, memory, I/O, networking, latency, throughput, batching, GPU suitability, and cost-performance trade-offs. Ability to lead technical and business discussions with engineering, platform, risk, and senior stakeholder teams. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Working knowledge of NVIDIA AI technologies such as NIM, Triton, TensorRT, TensorRT-LLM, CUDA, Nsight, RAPIDS, NGC, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, and GPU Operator. Experience applying NVIDIA technologies to workloads in fraud, risk, document AI, customer service, real-time decisioning, feature engineering, and large-scale analytics. Ability to design secure, observable, compliant, and cost-efficient GPU-accelerated deployments across cloud, data-center, Kubernetes, and hybrid environments.
