NVIDIA, a leader in accelerated computing, is seeking a Senior Developer Relations Manager to drive adoption of our AI platforms across India's AI Labs. This role is crucial for empowering researchers, ML infrastructure teams, and startup CTOs in model development, training, optimization, deployment, and production inference. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of generative AI and deep learning by fostering strong technical relationships and ensuring seamless integration of NVIDIA's cutting-edge technologies.
Develop and execute a comprehensive technical Developer Relations strategy to expand NVIDIA platform adoption within India's AI ecosystem.
Cultivate robust, trusted relationships with founders, CTOs, ML researchers, platform leaders, and developer communities.
Identify and accelerate adoption of high-impact AI workloads, including foundation model training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
Analyze AI Lab workloads to assess GPU acceleration suitability, pinpointing performance bottlenecks across compute, memory, I/O, and network.
Create and adapt technical assets such as demos, code samples, benchmark plans, and reference architectures.
Lead in-depth technical workshops, code labs, and executive briefings, engaging directly with developers to resolve integration issues and optimize performance.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, data science) or equivalent experience, coupled with over 8 years in technical Developer Relations, ML engineering, AI platforms, or related areas is required.
A profound understanding of generative AI, deep learning, model lifecycle, inference serving, and MLOps is essential.
Proficiency in Python programming with familiarity in C++, CUDA, or other performance-oriented environments is highly valued.
Experience with modern AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and deployment tools such as Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines is expected.
Demonstrated ability to analyze AI workloads, understand GPU suitability, and articulate performance tradeoffs is critical.
Experience with NVIDIA's AI software and SDKs, including NeMo Framework, TensorRT-LLM, and Triton Inference Server, is a significant advantage.
