We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in Java-based technologies and a comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a technically adept professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, ready to engage in customer-facing activities.

Key responsibilities include providing integration technical leadership, developing high-quality software components using agile and traditional methodologies, and managing change requests for existing systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring software quality from development through to production support.

Additional duties involve leading production releases, solution design, quality assurance, maintaining system configurations, producing software documentation, and contributing to project estimation and planning. The role also involves playing a lead part in bid preparation and designing highly scalable, secure solutions.

A minimum of 12 years of solid industry experience in Java is essential, complemented by strong enterprise integration skills, ideally within a Telco environment. At least 5 years of experience with Spring Framework, Web Services, and Hibernate is required. Proficiency in EJB, JTA, JDBC, and Maven build tools is also necessary.

Extensive experience in requirement analysis, technical documentation, design, requirement gathering, functional documentation, and UML is expected. Candidates should possess strong experience in Distributed Software Engineering (REST/JSON, SOAP, SOA), excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and robust experience with RDBMS and SQL on commercial databases like PostgreSQL. Familiarity with source code management systems (SVN, GIT) and web services development is crucial.
