This role demands ownership of end-to-end technology program delivery, ensuring all commitments related to scope, schedule, quality, budget, and SLAs are met. You will serve as the primary senior client interface, managing executive stakeholders, governance forums, and client satisfaction. Leading diverse, geographically distributed teams across application development, modernization, cloud, DevOps, and AI transformations is central to this position. Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization, along with proactive risk and governance establishment, are critical.

Drive Agile/SAFe delivery, champion engineering excellence, and foster innovation through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Collaborate on solutioning, estimation, SOWs, and account growth. Ensuring adherence to strict BFSI security, regulatory, and compliance standards is paramount. Furthermore, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing a strong leadership pipeline within your teams and driving the adoption of GenAI for enhanced productivity and efficiency.

A minimum of 15 years of IT experience is required, with substantial experience in Delivery/Program Management for large enterprise clients within the BFSI domain (Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, Insurance, Capital Markets, or Financial Services).

Proven ability to manage large teams (50-100+), multi-vendor programs, and global delivery models is essential. A strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), microservices, APIs, DevOps/CI-CD, application modernization, data platforms, and production support is necessary. Excellent commercial acumen, including budgeting, estimation, forecasting, margin management, and contract/SOW handling, is crucial. Superior executive stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, escalation, and problem-solving skills are a must. Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies is preferred, along with relevant certifications like PMP/CSM/SAFe.
