Take ownership of end-to-end delivery governance for multiple programs, ensuring exceptional quality, adherence to timelines, and full compliance.

Drive portfolio growth, manage Profit & Loss (P&L), optimize margins, oversee forecasting, and ensure peak operational performance.

Cultivate and maintain strong CXO-level client relationships, actively driving account expansion and establishing trusted advisor status.

Lead comprehensive risk management strategies, manage escalations effectively, implement robust governance frameworks, and ensure strong delivery controls.

Champion transformation initiatives, drive the adoption of automation and Agile/DevOps practices, and lead high-performing teams exceeding 100 members.

A proven track record of 14 to 16 years in delivery leadership, with extensive experience in portfolio governance.

Demonstrated expertise in Application Development Management (ADM), Application Management Services (AMS), and both Run and Build delivery management.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills at the CXO level and a history of successful client engagement.

Proficiency in financial management, P&L ownership, margin enhancement strategies, and accurate forecasting capabilities.

Significant experience with Agile, DevOps, Automation, Delivery Governance, and leading large teams of 100+ individuals.

Preferred domain experience in Retail (primary focus) and Online/E-commerce (secondary/add-on).
