This role is for a seasoned, business-minded AI/ML practitioner with a strong blend of executive advisory skills, business insight, and deep technical expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning. You will lead large-scale cloud transformations and implementations, helping enterprises achieve innovative business outcomes.

AWS ProServe partners with clients on strategic projects, leveraging AWS expertise and best practices to accelerate innovation. You will collaborate across AWS teams, connecting customers with product, engineering, and training resources to drive scalable solutions and feature innovation.

Your focus will be on guiding enterprise customers in leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning on AWS to transform their business and operational results. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping AI and cloud strategies, leading complex engagements, defining architecture best practices, and overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale AI/ML and GenAI projects.

- Advise clients' technical and business leaders on the potential of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning to design scalable AWS AI solutions with measurable business impact. - Discuss complex, industry-specific business and technology challenges with senior client stakeholders, particularly within the Telecommunications sector. - Lead executive and technical workshops to uncover transformation opportunities and define how AI/ML can accelerate business outcomes. - Manage and drive large, complex customer engagements from pre-sales through delivery, covering strategy, architecture, execution, and outcomes. - Provide technical leadership and oversight for engagements, ensuring alignment on scope, architecture, timelines, risks, and business objectives. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders, guiding AI and cloud transformation while balancing business needs, governance, scalability, and operational readiness. - Mentor consultants and delivery teams by championing AWS best practices, reusable patterns, and high standards for technical and delivery excellence.

- A minimum of 7 years in technical specialization, design, and architecture. - Over 5 years of experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis). - 7+ years in consulting, designing, and implementing serverless distributed solutions. - 5+ years of software development experience using object-oriented languages. - 3+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent), systems, networks, and operating systems. - 7+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects in customer-facing roles. - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 7+ years in professional or military roles. - 5+ years of experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining, and analytics techniques. - 5+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab). - 3+ years of customer-facing experience engaging with executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies. - 4+ years of experience with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Databases, and/or Storage. - 3+ years of coding experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
