Partner with Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Commercial, and Finance teams to craft competitive and profitable deal structures. Develop robust business cases and financial models, analyze profitability, revenue, margins, and cash flow. Evaluate various engagement constructs such as fixed-price, managed services, and outcome-based models. Assess staffing, productivity, automation needs, transition plans, delivery risks, and handover requirements from Sales to Delivery.

Drive automation and industrialization in pre- and post-deal processes using advanced analytical tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions. Identify and mitigate commercial, financial, and contractual risks. Support financial controls, internal governance, accounting requirements, and revenue recognition processes, including IFRS15 assessments.

A minimum of 12 years of experience is required, specifically in areas like deal finance, commercial finance, bid finance, pricing, commercial analytics, deal advisory, or strategic finance. Prior experience in technology services, digital transformation, cloud, managed services, consulting, or outsourcing is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to shape executable deals, safeguard profitability, build scalable automation, influence strategic decisions with financial and operational insights, and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
